ABOUT BRUSBER
We design for the hardest job there is
Brusber exists to support the people who spend their days helping others.
Our Story
Brusber was created to support the caregivers who dedicate their time helping others — home health aides, CNAs, nursing assistants, and the independent caregivers and small agencies who keep families and communities cared for, one shift at a time.
That work rarely gets the recognition it deserves, and the uniforms built for it show it: generic scrubs designed for a hospital supply closet, not for someone on their feet for twelve hours, bending, lifting, and moving from one home visit to the next. We started Brusber because we believed caregivers deserved better than an afterthought.
Every piece we make starts with the same question: what does someone actually need to get through a real shift? The answer shaped everything — fabrics that move and breathe, seams that hold up to frequent washing, pockets placed for the tools a caregiver actually carries, and a fit that still looks professional at hour eleven.
What We Believe
Three things guide every design decision
We see the work
Caregiving is physical, constant, and often invisible. We design for the reality of the job — not a marketing version of it.
Comfort is non-negotiable
A uniform shouldn’t be something you tolerate for twelve hours. Every fabric and cut is tested against real, long shifts.
Details that help you do your job
Pockets sized for shears and a phone. Fabric that survives daily washing. Small details that make a real difference by hour eight.
